Why and How?

Many of us want to feel confident we’re making sound, ethical decisions about our savings and investments. Happily, ethical investing is now a mainstream practice.
We’ll discover the three criteria; environmental, social and financial. Topics include an introduction, practical tips, debunking myths and cutting through jargon.
The ten-hour course explores social/environmental issues as well as major techniques; portfolio screening both negative and positive, best of sector and engagement/advocacy.
If you’re aware of the current global fossil fuel ‘divestment and reinvestment’ campaign and want to explore the vital role money plays in the climate change debate this is a perfect course. Your tutor authored Confessions of ethical inve$ting, has worked in financial services, PR/marketing as an investor relations specialist and is a personal ethical investor with 16 years+ experience.
Participants don’t need any investment experience. Fee includes a copy of Klinger’s 2014 book (Value $25 RRP).
